once u beet the eleate 4 go to the spring path and find the cave go in it and you will be in turn back cave then find piller 1,2and3 and go left of them then you will come to a doddgy swerling purpal thing with an item just behind it it is a rare bone pick it up (you don't need it it is just valuable) then press A to the portal and you enter the distorshan world just look around for the item (it is in a ball so just look for one) then when you get it . it is a orb i cant spell it though then leave find your way out of turn back cave and just give it to him ( cant spell his name) and he will change forme.
