I think your having the same problem as i had before i can help you because i beat the game, so in order to catch mesprit you first have to make it appear on you poke tech app (if you need help with that i can help unless you already have it but its hard for you to catch it cause its to fast) after that you should train a zubat to crobat but in order to do that you need to make the happiness to make it happy put it first in your part,next give it puffins and make sure it wins its battles,then give it letters and give it the clear bell or something (forgot the name) to make it more friendly also put it in contest and make it try and win. after it envoles to crobat you continue training it until it learns meanlook. After it learns mean look and you encounter mespirt i suggest you use an ultra ball or dusk ball (only if night) or quick ball would be good.Hoped i helped you!
