i don't know a code, but if you go back into turn back cave after your first time in the distortion world and go back to spear pillar, there is another entrance into the distortion world. go in, then follow the only path you can take and it's on the ground.

you don't need ar for the orb just beat the elite four and go to turn back cave and then there will be a portal where giratina is in D/P. then go in the portal and you are in the distortion world. then look around and you will find an item. pick it up and bam you have the orb hope i helped
