It is very hard what you do is all this crap you have to go to the seventh gym and beat their physic type. The Pokemon i used for that was Gyarados,Swello,Breloom,Azumarril,grovyle then what you do is you beat them they give you the badge and then you talk to Steven i believe he give you hm dive then you go to a dark spot in the water then you dive then go around and find a hole then you go in that hole you see the submarine that team aqua stole then you go to the Pokemon that has dive then you click dive and you will be in where team aqua wuz then you go through till you find kyougre then you press A then the aqua leader comes and wants to battle.
