There are three secret islands in the Hoenn region: Birth Island (where you get Deoxys), Navel Rock (where you get Ho-Oh & Lugia) and Southern Island (where you can catch the opposite gender of your Lati: Ruby - Latias, Sapphire - Latios). In order to go to those islands, you must achieve three tickets: Aurora ticket (Navel Rock), Mystic ticket (Birth Island) and Eon ticket (Southern Island). The ONLY way to get the three precious tickets is through a Nintendo event or trading with other games. Hope this helped!!! There are two secret islands in Pokemon Sapphire.
