You first meet him in eternal forest, where you guide home through safely. He heals your pokemon after wvey battle you participate in, and his only pokemon is his chansey. Hope this helped ;)
Are Pokemon dimand and pearl the games the same?
No, some of the Pokemon you can only get on one game. On Pearl you can get Bonsly and Sudowoodo, but you can't get Stunky and Skuntank. For Diamond, it is the other way around. There are other Pokemon, but you need the PokeRadar to get them. I won't tell what they are because there is a lot of them and it says in all Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum guide books.:)
