A: First, hit the robot with snowballs when it is getting into the big bank in the Gift Shop. Once it goes to the top of the building (and is moving around with a tv on its head), use the blue puffle once again to knock the tv off it. Then, when it is twitching, use the black puffle on its wheel. Then you can deactivate it.
