Have you tried this Sony PlayStation support site and listened when they said that you could not connect without High Speed Broadband Cable or DSL and that Dial-Up connection is not supported and that you could not connect using the USB ports. That means you won't be able to connect using USB wireless adaptors or Cell Phone USB adaptors with the PS3 system. The system PlayStation has to provide support has helped millions to connect to the internet.
