Get a low level zigzagoon with pickup and go battle, and after you win your zigzagoon might have a item and it could be a rare candy. the lower the level the better the item. There is only a 30% chance your zigzagoon will pickup an item. I did this with my lv3 zigzagoon as an HM slave and got 3 rare candy 3 super potions 1 revive 1 full restore and more before i fighted Roxane Meowth,Munchlax,and Pachirisu also have pickup in case if you want to do it with another game

(I had a zigzagoon on level six when i restarted my sapphire game and it picked up alot of rare candies. But I'm not telling you to restart you're game, you don't have to. Try find a zigzagoon on a low level and catch it then when you use it to pick up items it should pick up several rare candies. P.S: You can't buy rare candies
