my moves are frenzy plant, earthquake, giga drain, synthesis
giga drain, leaf blade, solarbeam, and frenzy plantthe only thing about above is that sceptile probably can't learn frenzy plant without hacks but if it can it could only be done in fire red or leaf greenI would say:SolarbeamLeafbladeSlamand i guess giga drain
Here are some moves it can learn and will learn: Sludge bomb, Leech seed, Razor leaf, Vine whip, Hyper beam, Earthquake, Frenzy plant, Solarbeam, Giga drain, Mega drain, Body slam, Toxic and many more such as Sleep powder, Poison powder, Stun spore.
Torterra is capable of learning Earthquake at Level 32, at 33 it learns Leech Seed, 39 it learns SYnthesis, 45 it learns Crunch, 51 it learns Giga Drain and at Level 57 it learns Leaf Storm. It can also learn Frenzy Plant. If you go to Route 25 and look around you will find a man that will teach it to torterra for free.
Grass type moves like Giga Drain and Solarbeam.
I tink yes but to mewtwo you should put him shadow ball, not safeward

a grass type move like mega drain which idiot would choose MEGA DRAIN as an example of a good Grass-type move?!? Let's try: # Solarbeam # Frenzy Plant # Energy Ball # Seed Bomb # Giga Drain # etc. # BUT NOT MEGA DRAIN!
Venasaur Level 60: Razor leaf, Frenzy plant, solarbeam, giga drain. Victreebell Level 60: Razor leaf, solarbeam, sludge, sunny day. Ninetales Level 60: Fire Blast, flamethrower, will o wisp, sunny day. Starmie Level 60: Surf, Psychic, Ice beam, Thunder. Hitmonnlee Level 60: Brick Break, Mega Kick, rolling kick, double kick. Raichu level 60: Thunder, thunderbolt, iron tail, charge.
my torterra is level 100 and kicks butt I kept beating every lvl 100 I saw in a 1 hit KO by earthquake now for what you asked i would highly recommend eatrhquake giga drain / recover / sithnesis ( more giga drain thain da other 2 cuz it heals itself half of actually damaging giga impact / double edge and finaly i would recommend hyper beam / frenzy plant don't use hyper beam - it is a special move - not for torterra the tank use stone edge earthquake (you might want to use earth power if you have ground-move weak Pokemon in your team) wood hammer/giga drain crunch - for all of the other Pokemon out there

In my opinion torterra is the strongest Pokemon. In order for this Pokemon to be the strongest, it must know these four moves: Frenzy Plant Earthquake Crunch Giga Drain
Grass type moves like Giga Drain and Solarbeam.
The Torterra moves are: tackle, withdraw, absorb, razor leaf, wood hammer, curse, bite, mega drain, earthquake, leech seed, synthesis, crunch, giga drain, leaf storm, and frenzy plant. Torterra learns all these moves by level 80. (frenzy plant is learned from some guy in a house near the resort area, and the fight area).
His best moves are leaf storm frenzy plant giga drain leaf blade in my opinion
