Unlikely. The ending of Alice is Dead 3 was abrupt and final, and unless we follow Mary Ann after this, nothing else can come of this. I, personally, would like to do so, if only to find out what the flying f*** is going on.
New- there is a possibility there is an easter egg in the third one if you go into a bathroom stall and dial the number it will play the song from the first Alice is dead. then when you enter the middle stall you will get a text with an anagram saying "alice lives". Then at the end when the words "the end" show up a question mark shows up briefly. they may have said no more but there are things in the third one that shows there will potentially be a 4th.
