a black fire is one so hot that it emitts so very little photons it is impossible to see with the naked human eye. it is very well possible that it produces absolutely no light at all. the temp would be around 40000 to 50000 kelvin. this however is not a naturally uccuring situation. pale violet is about the hottest naturally occuring. you MIGHT find this in a supernova.
