It is sometimes cheaper to pre-order on Steam, but occasionally publishers will do exclusive deals with certain 'bricks-and-mortar' retailers which allows them to sell it a lot cheaper than Steam can (although this happens the other way round occasionally too).
How do I remove the xbox 360 incredible hulk game I want to restart my game and I cant find any way to restart it from scratch?
Well there is a way. You can get it legit and legal with steam powers. a lot of people say it's fake and stuff. but it's not I've talked with a lot of people that really got their game this way. You must go to this site (see related link) and register. and do offers. they give you points. and when you have enough points you can order your game with the points. and you'll get your game instantly A lot of people don't trust or say it's fake. Trust me. it's not fake. Have fun with your free ganes
if you bought the game off of steam then you should go to garrysmod.org but if you pirated the game or got it any other way than steam then you need to go to gmodfiles.org

This is possible, but only if the game already is available to buy from the Steam store. For example, if you have Half Life 1 from back when it was not on Steam, you can validate the CD key on Steam...and then play it without the disc through that. Games that Steam doesn't support however can not be translated over to Steam. Quite a few games are on Steam though, including EA recently adding a number of their games to it.
