Yes, there is an AR code for Pokemon D/P that unlocks all 8 gym badges instantly -- just by pressing L+R. I tested it on my new game file on my Pearl and it works 100%.
Here are the codes:
If you have Pokemon Diamond, enter the first code. If you have Pokemon Pearl, enter the second code. If you select a code that does not match your game's ID, then it will not work.
