Yes, first you create an account and a wizard. Then once your wizard is created go to the character screen. Make a new wizard. Then go to your house and put you furniture in your backpack. Next go to your bank and put all you items in your shared bank. Then delete that character. Repeat as much as you like. Next go to your house and get everything you wanna sell (your old funiture your other character had) out of your bank and put it in your back pack. Then go to the Bazaar and sell them.
