yes yes....lol ppl r stoopid!!!!! You type in boolprop testingcheatsenabledtrue (exactly how it is up there) and if u want to turn it off then tyoe the same thing but instead of true write false. after that hold down shift on the keyboard, and click the sim (i think it's right click, but try left clicking anyways) you'll see all sorts of random stuff there and then click the button that says spawn... you'll then look for the sim modder object. A baby should appear that is standing, and you click on it...look for max skills and there you go! (just pick for another sim, yourself, or all and then pick one skill and maximize it..or you could just click maximize all skills ;)
