Yes, most of their minecraft series, such as SOI and their new Galacticraft series are scripted.. I do, honestly myself, dont see why they have to script everything, they are basically being fake to everyone, like Sips_ ignored the village in the Galacticraft series because he KNEW Lewis, Duncan, and Simon have been there..
