The Sims 3 Wii does and will never have any expansion packs. It is really different and worse than the other Sims 3, so I recommend you sell it and buy the Sims 3 for the computer instead.

You can turn the green on the skin chooser, and make them really distorted, but at the moment we can't really have zombies, but there are ghosts on the sims 3

I have never played the sims 3 world, but I would only recommend it if it's an expansion pack. They aren't really that fun on the D.S., Wii, or anything else besides the PC. It is an opinion, but I really would recommend the sims 3. You will need the sims 3 first if it's an expansion pack anyways.
