raikou is SUPER rare but instead you found it and you don't have a master ball catch a golbat and teach TAUNT and make sure your golbat knows how to use MEANLOOK and it should be lv 49 48 47 46 45 and put it at the front of your pokemons and buy 50 great balls and 30 ultra balls because i believe that great ball is much more better than others that's why you need taunt/meanlook so raikou cant escape and cannot use ROAR. ok this would sure work when you found him
