Gligar isn't too good, but if you could evolve it into a Gliscor, Gliscors are really good. All you have to do to evolve it is to level it up while it is holding a Razor Fang at night. I think you can get a Razor Fang at the Battle Frontier in exchange for BP. Hope this helped!! =)
