OTK means one turn kill and is when you reduce your opponents life points from 8000+ to 0 in 1 turn.
FTK means first turn kill and is when you win the duel on your first turn.
Also a ZTK is a zero turn kill which seems to be impossible unless you draw all the exodia pieces in your starting hand (not including the card you draw at the start of each turn or the turn would have started making it a FTK) so a ZTK is almostimpossible because in a 40 card deck you only have a 1 in 40 chance of your first card being an Exodia piece and then a 1 in 39 chance of the next card being an piece so the chance of drawing all 5 pieces as the first 5 you draw is very low making the chance of a ZTK very low.

Why is One for One Limited?
The limiting of One for One was made to prevent two main OTKs, the Psychic OTK and the Skull Servant OTK. The Psychic OTK involved getting out Psychic Snail, Mind Master, Power Injector, and Reinforced Human Psychic Borg, and attacking twice for game. One for One got out Mind Master, the search engine of the deck. Skull Servant OTK used cards to get mass amounts of Skull Servants into the grave, then use One for One to bust out a 5000-8000 ATK King of the Skull Servants.
