There is no way to get Lady Goo-Goo from a mopod. You can only get her if you are a member, and if you complete the Scavenger Hunt mission. At the end, there should be a point when it will let you keep Lady Goo-Goo, and this may be annoying, but if you don't get her the first time, you have to repeat the whole mission.
