First, find to sims that are in love, and than you call a taxi (or take their car) and you go to any community lot with a changing booth and clothes rack, and click on 'try on clothes' then when your sim is in the booth, click on the other sim and click 'ask to join' or go to the other sim than click on the changing booth the other sim is in and it will say 'woohoo' on the pie chart. it took me like forever to figure that out.
You can also get them to call a taxi then they go to a public place with a hot tub then they woohoo in there, they have to be in love though.
If you have sims 2 nightlife and you own a car you can woohoo in there or even try for a baby. But they have to be an adult or older to be able to.
