Great Question but to start you will need an amulet of ghostspeak (Restless Ghost) and ring of visibility (Desert Treasure)
During Desert Treasure quest, you will get given a Ring called Ring of Visibility, as soon as you get this ring you can being a mini-quest to get the Robes.Note: You don't necessarily need to complete DT get the Robes set, but you do need to complete it to wield ancient staff and use ancients.
splitbark, ghostly robes, Dagon'Hai, and Zuriel (NOT CORRUPT ZURIEL). if you have anymore questions, email me at Tyjo719@aol.com
As far as I know you can't, but there might be a quest or something where you can be a for a short period of time. There is a glitch that allows you to turn invisible. I ain't sure if it is fixed, but if you are really interested, try going to youtube.com, search for "sachiko nami", she did a video on how to do it. BUT if you mean the ghostly robes, which makes you supposedly invisible (it is more of semi-transparent), you need to do a quest "desert treasure" and etc.
Well first of all you must be a runescape member. Once you have a membership complete the "Priest in Peril" quest to gain access to the Morytania/Mort Myre area.Once this step is complete simply go to the town Canifis [Kharyll in ancient magicks terms]. In Canifis there will be a clothing shop that sells red robes.
you must complete desert treasure, and then a sidequest unlocked by DT

no you need to finish the quest before getting ghostly robes
yes
Those robes are Christmas Ghost Robes from last year and are now unavailable. You had to do the Christmas Quest from last year to get them. They are not tradeable so there is no way to get them.

no. only capes can be dyed.
Shade Robes provide a small amount of prayer bonus, less than Monk Robes. They're untradeable and can be stored in the costume room.
They reside on the ghostly farm west of port Phasmatys in the land of Mortanya.
You have to finish the quest, desert treasure.
