Moss Rock does not exist in Leafgreen as it was introduced in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
The Moss Rock cannot be found in "Pokémon SoulSilver," it can only be found in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum.
the moss rock is in Eterna forest
In Pokémon Crystal, the Moss Rock is not available in the game and therefore you will not be able to find it, the Moss Rock was an item that was not created until the Generation 4 Pokémon games on the Nintendo DS which were Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl.

You need to train an Eevee at Moss Rock in Eterna Forest.

In the Nintendo DS game of Pokémon Pearl, there is no evolution stone that will induce evoluton in Eevee that will allow it to evolve into Leafon however Eevee will evolve into Leafeon once it levels up near a Moss Rock, you can find the Moss Rock in Pokémon Pearl in the Eterna Forest.
no
Trade for it from Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum, Eevee only evolves into Leafeon when it levels at Moss Rock, in Sinnoh, same goes for Galceon at Ice Rock. You have to trade from Diamond, pearl or platinumEDIT* by g2c4uThat's not true. you have toTouch the moss rock in eterna forest then Level up near the Moss Rock (Why not Leaf Stone is beyond me)No, as Moss Rock (Eterna Forest) or Pinwheel Forest are impossible to get to. If you want to evolve your Eevee into Leafeon you must trade it to Diamond, Pearl or Platinum, level it up at Eterna Forest, and then trade the Leafeon back to SoulSilver.
The moss rock is in the pinwheel forest (just outside of Narcene city) Then don't take the easy pass going completely straight instead go left and you will find a side path then a little bit in you will find the moss rock where you can evolve Eevee into Leafeon. Hope this helpped. Note: If you are playing black or white in a different language just look for the 2nd gym leader city
Possibly in the forest
its not supposed to its there to evolve evee by leveling up evee next to it and it turns to leafeon (new evolution in pearl)
you can find rock types in caves or in victory road.
