It is heavily implied that she does. They grow closer throughout the game, and they even share a moment together near the end of the Final Tournament. The game also hints that they might see more of each other after the game is over, when Sergei tells Hero that he should visit her often because she gets very lonely.

I suppose, it is a good thing that even Marcia's brother wants them to get closer.
