There is simply no ladder glitch in Kino Der Toten. If you saw it in a YouTube video than it was edited.
You have to collect all the films in Kino der Toten and then a ladder will drop where the zombie barrier is in the stage of the theater
Apparently there used to be a glitch that enabled you to get onto the ladder but it has been patched. You can't actually drop the ladder in the game.

And then u suppose to cut all the power boxes... then a nuke should go off and the screen is goin to get dark then its gonna get light... then you use thee teleporter 1 more time and its gonna show the ladder drop by the claymores...

The ladder could fall on you. The person on the ladder could fall on you. You could knock the person on the ladder off it. The person on the ladder could drop something on you.

The walking under a ladder superstition started because people can drop things from the ladder on top of someone walking underneath.
Because someone may be working on it above you, and they could drop something, or, the ladder could fall.
