Feed the baby, then play with it. Then go shower. Sometimes you don't even need to feed it first - just shaking it around ("playing" with it) will sicken it up, but feeding it is almost guaranteed urp. Toddlers will also throw up if they drink from an old (stinky) bottle. You can buy smartmilk from the aspiration rewards, then if you make smartmilk for your toddler with a bad aspiration level then the bottle will have a red glow and when toddler drinks it it will throw up
