At the top of Mount Coronet, you will find a couple of Galactic Grunts, Commanders (Mars and Jupiter), and also the Galactic Boss, Cyrus. After you've battled Cyrus, Palkia -- along with Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf -- will be waiting there. You can also get Arceus in the same place. I caught Palkia with only one ultra ball. Make Palkia's h.p. very low (until it becomes red and comes to almost the extreme end). Make sure to paralyze it before you catch it. NOTE: Do NOT use your master ball. Palkia is easy to catch with a 30% catch rate. It is the easiest legendary to catch, ever. You'll catch it within five or six throws of the ultraball. Also to the north end of the tower, you'll find a lustrous orb.

Go to the three lakes and find the island in the middle sneak up behind them and paralyze or make them sleep then throw the ball with the highest catch rate you have and if they escape walk around in the closest grass and it will come to you.

I'm not exactly sure.......I accidently killed it in my Pearl version. It may either come back, or be gone forever. Also, if you were to kill or harm Azelf in real life, Azelf's spirit would take away your willpower, making you completely immobile for all eternity (or until you died).
How do you free Uxie Azelf and Mesprit?
Go to team galactic headquarters in veilstone. Then you talk to a galactic mem out side of the HQ he runs away and drops a key. Go inside the 3rd door to your right try to find a second key. After you find the second key get inside the 3rd door to your left find Cyrus or what ever his name is beat him and he tells you where Mesprit is (inside HQ) you WILL NOT be able to catch it. Bring potions, revives etc. glad to help :-)

Red gyarados is just a shiny gyarados so you just keep looking for one. The only thing is there is a 1/8000+ chance of getting a shiny pokemon. Get Uxie Azelf and Mesprit. Complete the national dex. Keep looking on the TV until you here a breaking news report saying a boat has come to sinnoh from the kanto region. your friend will come in and tell you to come to jublelife TV and on that big screen will be the galactic icon and police will be all around the building. Looker will tell you to go to the celestic ruins. put Uxie Azelf and Mesprit in your party and go there as soon as you go to the stairs a big bomb blows a hole in the middle of the town and red gyaredos will be in there, but you have to battle Cyrus, and if you have used any cheats at all ever this does not work.

No... so sorry. Next time SAVE before you try to catch a legendary being that you can't see again if you defeat it. You won't ever get Uxie unless you trade. But at least Uxie was registered in your pokedex.

You find him like Azelf and Uxie, at their cave except Mesprit will disappear when you talk to him/her(which ever gender you prefer).So don't bother saving your game. To battle him just look at your town map and Mesprit's face will be somewhere. But you should walk there be if you fly his location will change.I found him looking for a different Pokemon find the easiest way is to just look for different Pokemon and hope to find him/her (which ever gender you prefer) randomly.

If you capture it, then yes, it will, since there's only one opportunity to defeat it. If you defeat it or flee, though, you can encounter it again if you beat the Elite Four another time.
