THE KYOGRE IS LV 70. BRING 50 ULTRA BALLS AND A COUPLE OF TIMER BALLS BEFORE YOU START THE BATTLE, SAVE THE GAME CAUSE IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY BEAT IT OR IF YOU FLEE OR IF YOU LOSE, KYOGRE WILL BE GONE FOREVER. IT IS EASIER WITH A POKEMON THAT KNOWS FALSE SWIPE. IF KYOGRE HAS ONLY 1 HP LEFT THROW ULTRA BALLS UNTIL YOU HAVE NO MORE, THEN START USING TIMER BALLS. IT WILL EVENTUALLY WORK. KYOGRE KNOWS REST, SO IT CAN HEAL ALL OF ITS HP, SO KEEP THAT IN MIND.-thats right but also you should catch rayquza before kyogre so you have a lev. 70 pokemon. i did that and it worked really well for me hope it helpedor use a master ball.
