Your clan does not receive any XP for you becoming an ELITE Premium Member. However, when you buy the $49.99 subscription for Premium (yearly) you can participate in Clan Operations and then, earn your clan some XP depending the rank your clan places in globally.

It's being developed by Beachhead, the new studio Activision announced it had formed earlier this year (although Elite has apparently been in development for two years). Elite isn't a game.
