I just bought a sims cash card for my sims 3 collectors edition but it didn't transfer to the point so now it says EA Account Balance 10.00 what does that mean?

If its the free 10 sim points that you get with the game, the it has been activated. If you bought sim points with your master card or visa and it was more than that amount, then it didnt go through properly.
