I have a GBC emulator MeBoy on me mobile phone. I also have different GBC emulators on my PC. Is it possible to link my mobile phone to my PC and transfer Pokemon?

This depends on a few things... your phone, and the emulator.
Only certain emulators support linking between two of them, especially two different ones. Plus the fact that one is PC and one is mobile... chances are it's not possible.
I have the MeBoy 1.6 emulator on my Sony Ericsson V630i
On my PC, I have many different GBC emulators.
An other option is, to find a mobile GBC emulator which supports GameShark or GameGenie, but I don't think there is any...
You can use the meboy savegames in visual boy advance. Send them with bluetooth to your PC and open it with visualboyadvance

With the .adf files you have 2 choices, you can use them in an emulator such as UAE, or can transfer the file to your amiga if it has a HD.
