You have to find a village, I would suggest that when you find a village to put it on Peaceful Mode because if you don't, you might end up with a empty village or a village of Zombies. First you should make a wall, 4 blocks high and then on the top block of the wall put a single slab on the top block but place it on the lower bit of it. Then put heaps of torches in the village.
Other ways to find villages is to search for a seed on the internet that makes you spawn right next to or near to one.
