I don't think you can. I think you need to wait until they are big enough to drink the Plantophic-C you can buy from the Garden Club or the Gypsy Matchmaker.

I would have 2 say sims 2 university. You get a new age group (young adults). When you graduate you get a HUGE boost on your career when you get home, it's awesome! As well as this you get loads of new clothes and hair styles. Sims 2 seasons is really good, but to me, university is better!
