You can mine blurite ore in runescape by going down the ladder which is located south of Rimmington, displayed with a '!' on your map, once you go down the ladder you will have to then run past the pirates, hobgoblins and the ice warriors, once you see the ice giants, there is 3 blurite rocks located near them.
