202.5xp per log that is used for firemaking.
It depends on your work ethic. But each one grants 50.6 crafting xp, and 202.5 firemaking xp.
It all depends what level your Firemaking is. if your Firemaking is 60 (Just high enough to burn yews) you would have to burn just under 63,000 yew logs. I would suggest burning maple logs, you would have to burn around 93k but it's a lot cheaper, but if you want it done fast yews is the way to go.
It is best to use an online skill calculator to figure out this kind of questions - for example, the skill calculator at runescape.salmoneus.net. Note that yew is not a good option to train woodcutting - yew gives you the most experience per log (in free-to-play), but it takes a long time to cut each log. Willow will give you experience faster. It is best to use an online skill calculator to figure out this kind of questions - for example, the skill calculator at runescape.salmoneus.net. Use an online runescape skill calculator for this type of questions. In general, however, firemaking is one of the faster and cheaper skills to train - and now that you can add logs to a bonfire, it is less effort than it used to be.
202.5xp per log that is used for firemaking.
Once you are level 60, you gain the ability to cut down yews, resulting in 175 expperience per log.
Just a log from a normal yew tree.
Well it depends on which logs you plan to use. It is quite easy to work out but I'll do it for you coz I'm nice lol. :) :pWILLOW LOGS:Xp until 99 Firemaking = 13mil (13,000,000)Cost Per Log = 10 gpXp Per Log = 90 xpAmount of Logs Required = Max 150kTotal Cost = Max $1.5milMAPLE LOGS:Xp until 99 Firemaking = 13mil (13,000,000)Cost Per Log = 36 gpXp Per Log = 135 xpAmount of Logs Required = Max 100kTotal Cost = Max $3.6milYEW LOGS:Xp until 99 Firemaking = 13mil (13,000,000)Cost Per Log = 500 gpXp Per Log = 202Amount of Logs Required = Max 65kTotal Cost = Max $32.5milMAGIC LOGS:Xp until 99 Firemaking = 13mil (13,000,000)Cost Per Log = 1.3kXp Per Log = 303 xpAmount of Logs Required = Max 43kTotal Cost = Max $56milRecommended: Maple LogsReason: MUCH cheaper than Yew Logs and Magic Logs. With yew logs (highest-level log for non-members - also the most expensive) you get 202.5 experience each; you can light one every 2.4 seconds. You need some extra time to reload your inventory - it should take about 80 seconds for the full inventory. That's an average of about 68 experience per second, or 240,000 per hour.
For free players, yew gives a lot of experience per log cut - but since it is very slow, it is faster if you cut lower-level trees, such as willow or oak.You may want to combine training in woodcutting and firemaking: after cutting a full inventory of logs, just burn them.
Mainly Yew & Magic logs -fletching/firemaking reasons. Edit by Eng1sh: Due to the recent drop of the Maple logs in their value (from 44 gold pieces each to now about 36-39 gold pieces each) I would say that Maple logs are probably the most selling log in Runescape. Many players find them to be the best logs to burn for 99 Firemaking because of the better experience yield as opposed to Willow logs. They also give good experience for the Fletching skill, and many are sold everyday. Yew and Magic logs are typically too expensive to be traded on a mass-scale, and therefore Maple logs can be sold in greater bulk.
READ THE WHOLE THINGI dont know but I do know this, if you sell one yew you get nine maples which give more exp.need more info add me leoboy86 on runescape and send me a message when im on. glad to help!
This needs more detail.. But here is my best. If you're talking about Fire making, you need approximately 63,016 Yew logs. If you're talking about Woodcutting, you need approximately 72,919 Yew logs. Last but not least if you're talking about Fletching; You need approximately 189,048 Yew Logs to make Yew Short-bow (us) <--(Unstrung). You need approximately 94,524 Strings and Yew Short-bow (us) <--(Unstrung) to make a Yew Short-Bows. or You need approximately 170,143 Yew logs to make Yew Long-bow (us) <--(unstrung) You need approximately 85,072 Strings and Yew Long-bow (us) <--(unstrung) to make Yew Long-Bows.
