zoger bones on a lit gilded marble alter for mems. and big bones for non mems. Dragon bones
Big bones. Paying members have much better options, for raising prayer level.
It varies a lot on the type of bones you use. For example, with frost dragon bones it will be much faster (though also more expensive, per experience point) than with big bones. I wouldn't recommend regular bones, which are way too slow. Also, burying the bones is way too slow - and too expensive. You should seriously consider using either the ectofuntus, or - better, in my opinion - a gilded altar in a player-owned house. At runescape.wikia.com, you can find a calculator that will tell you how many bones you need, depending on various assumptions, such as the type of bone, and what boosts (such as a gilded altar) you use.

go to fuschia city with at least 50 Pokemon species then go to the right of fuschia city and enter the big building go upstairs and talk to the scientist he will give it to you.
For non-members, you should bury big bones. They cost about 5 times as much as normal bones, and give 3.3 times as much experience. Of course, the normal bones give you a better cost-benefit ratio, but it takes much, much longer to bury them. I believe your time is better spent earning extra money - and buying the big bones. For members, you can bones that are much more expensive, and give you much more experience. Instead of burrying them, sacrifice them at a gilded altar (in a player-owned home) - that will give you between 2 and 2.5 times the normal experience, for each bone. For non-members, you should bury big bones. big if you make the seller lower the price. haggling should never be underestimated. Big bones give you experience much faster - about 3.3 times as much experience for each big bone, compared to a normal bone. They also cost about 5 times as much, but normal bones are just way too slow. I don't even bother to pick them up if I happen to find them, for this reason.
Bury big bones. Normal bones cost a little less per experience point, but it is much slower to bury normal bones; you are probably better off if you spend more time earning money to buy the better big bones, and less time burrying those bones.Bury big bones. For non-members, that would be big bones. For members, you get the most experience from frost dragon bones. Note that they are also fairly expensive - you pay more for each experience point, to get it done fast. As a member, be sure to use any bones on a gilded altar, or with the ectofuntus, to get a significant amount of extra experience.
When buried - 15 Higest altar - 52.5 Ectofuntus - 60
