Tl;dr: 10400 steps give or take 100
So I actually went and figured this out on my own lol. I measured(counted) the steps on that long straight path on goldenrod/route 34 and got 85 steps. Then I just took the egg and went up and down that path until it hatched. Ended up doing that 122 and 2/3 times, so multiply that(86 x 122) and there you go I guess. Anyone feel free to correct me on any of this if I'm wrong :/
It takes 2000steps for every egg to hatch in Pokemon Heart Gold Soul Silver and everything else.
Steps to Hatch: 4096
It takes 350 steps to hatch
It takes 5,120 steps to hatch Gligar in a Egg.
in my experience it takes about 5,355 steps to hatch a sneasel.
8000-10000 steps unless you have flame body which usaly halves the time it takes. dratini takes so long to hatch because it is 1 of the 4 Pokemon which have like ultamite states like dragonite, tiranatar, salamence and metegross. i hope i answered your question
10,455 steps
Since dratini and its last form are strong Pokemon it would take somewhere between 8,000 - 10,000 steps.
Tyrogue has an egg cycle of 26 (the number that determines how long an egg will hatch). 1 egg cycle has 255 steps, so because Tyrogue has 26 egg cycles you do the following sum: 255x26=6630 <- That is how many steps it will take for you to hatch your tyrogue egg :)

it takes about the same amount of steps an Eevee egg does; 4,000-5,000 steps. note- If Dratini is the male this does not normally apply
