No. ODST doesn't have multiplayer, excluding firefight (which can't be forged, and not even for matchmaking) and co-op campaign. But ODST does come with a Halo 3 multiplayer disc, which includes all of the original multiplayer maps and the DLC maps. That disc also includes forge mode.

if you mean to "unlock" them...no. You have to purchase and download those maps. They simply arent on the game disc and need to be installed on the hard drive. well I am not sure what you are asking but I will answer both ways. option 1:No you can not play all ORIGINAL halo maps, but you can download them from file share. option 2: yes you can play all maps from the start of the game!
The Reach Beta was the multiplayer test to make sure no weapons or equipment were overpowering prier to the full games release. It featured 4 playlists, 4 maps, and several game types, just so the multiplayer could be balanced. The Beta is over now and can no longer be accessed.
