There is only one storymode, and one free play mode in sims 2 castaway stories, unlike the other sims 2 stories games. When you first begin the story mode, you see two choseable characters (or the option to make one), but that doesn't mean there are two story modes.

If you are playing in the story mode you have to play the story line all the way through. In the singles ship wreck story line you have to play it all the way through then you can eventually choose to marry one of the other sims. If you have unlocked freeplay you should be able to have a sim propose anytime.

it's allready there... click on my documents, ea games, The Sims 2, neighborhood, (number like plesentview would be one... if it has an E in front of it it means expansion sign) then click on story telling and your pictures will be there somewhere

If you are playing the Sims 2 Castaway for PC then you can get married in freeplay and at the end of the story mode. You can't for the other versions.

if you play in sims mode then yeah there are two modes, one is freeplay (you can't go anywhere) one is sims story mode(you can visit different locations)

Basically, yes. NOTE: You can use normal cheats on the Sims Pet Stories, however not in story mode itself.

It's a glitch if it's in freeplay mode. If in story mode it's part of the story..and I believe they leave eventually.

only your video's of ur sims are in your sims folders. when you take a picture of your sims look in ur story mode and it should be in there :)
