You will need to be a runescape member to post on forums, if you are a free user you can only browse them.
You don't need to do a calculation here as it states that there are 47 frames every second
For a beginning 30-second animation, you typically need around 720 to 900 frames, assuming a frame rate of 24 to 30 frames per second. This means you'd create about 24 frames per second multiplied by 30 seconds for a total of 720 frames at 24 fps, or 900 frames at 30 fps. However, the number of frames may vary depending on the animation style and the use of techniques like keyframing or limited animation, which can reduce the total count.
You have to use 60 frames
To make a GIF with a frame rate of 60 frames per second, you need to create each frame of the animation and then compile them together using software that supports a high frame rate. Be sure to set the frame rate to 60 frames per second when exporting the GIF.
You can't. You need a display or projector that can project 144 frames per second.
Yes, there may be bugs in frames that need to be fixed.

i need to no frames and arrows problems
To answer a question like that, you should use a Runescape skill calculator. you would need to cut about 172000 yew trees
Make frames. (depending on how long you want your animation move). For example for a walk, you will need at least 5-6 frames. then put every movement in the frames. the first part of the walk on the first frame, the second on the second frame ect. Then export it as .gif. (File->Export->Export Image... and choose .gif)
No you can't, you will need to make anotehr account and do the quest again to fight him again.
