Well there's certainly Marowak, as we're told again and again and again during the hunt for the Silph Scope in the Kanto region games. But there's aso various others. There are gravestones in Kanto, Hoenn, so there's due to be a lot of dead Pokémon, yet the only one of any main concern in any of the games would be "Cubone's mother" - Marowak. But there are various others, such as a man in Pokémon R/S/E who says he misses his Zigzagoon dearly. So Pokémon do die. Just not the ones we'll ever use.
