It depends on what level you are, and how much money you are willing to spend. If you wan't to train slayer really fast buy a dwarf cannon with a lot of cannonballs, use piety/turmoil, and super/extreme potions. You can easily go from 90-99 in a month if you do the expensive way. The slow way however will take about 3-4 months.
