There are a number of ways to get a Whip in Runescape. The first is to buy it from the Grand Exchange, price is currently 1M.
Second is to get it as a drop from another player in PvP, or buy it from someone.
Third is to achieve 85 slayer, once you have this go to the slayer tower in the Canifis(check runescape world map for directions) They aren't that rare of a drop, although you definitely wont get one every kill. It could take 100-1000 kills to get one, its all chance.
the abyssal whip in runescape cost from about 1.39m- 1.6m somewhere around there... 1,390,00-1,600,00 the price can rise or drop of time.

To make a whip on RuneScape, you need to have a level 90 Crafting. You will need a Abyssal whip (or its uncharged version) and an Abyssal vine, which can be obtained by using a whip vine on a regular vine which can be found in the Edgeville Dungeon. Use the whip vine on the Abyssal whip to create the Abyssal vine whip.
An Abyssal whip required level 70 attack to be equipped.
I personally prefer the whip since it is more for the offensive and the spear is more for the defensive. The whip has +82 in strength and slash stat which makes it one of the best 1-wielded weapons in runescape.

The "whip" in Runescape refers to the Abyssal Whip, one of the most powerful melee weapons in the game. It can only be obtained by killing monsters in the Abyss OR Dark Beasts while doing a Slayer task. Edit: Incorrect. The Abyssal Whip can be bought for 1.2-1.8M GP on the Grand Exchange or from another player.
