In franchise years Donkey Kong for the arcade came out in 1981 and Mario Kart for the 3DS comes out is 2011 so that is 30 years. In game years he is at least 200 since in both Super Mario Galaxy it shows a comet that comes every 100 years. There could be various generations of Mario such as a ton of baby Marios and such but that is unproven.
