It depends on the pokemon; some pokemon are friendlier than others. To have the highest friendship with your pokemon, you need to win battles with it and carry it around in your party. To make this go even faster, you can make the pokemon the first one in your party and have it walk around with you. So, as it defers greatly, i would say that on average it takes around one and a half weeks (assuming you play thirty minutes to 2 hours on most days) I hope this helps! :)
