The full instructions to do this are included in the manual. You will need to go to the correct part of the PS3 system to pair the device. The headset needs to go into pairing mode. This is done by holding down the on/off switch for 9 seconds, until the light at the front of the headset flashes green and blue.

See the following link: http://www.wireless4bmw.com/
When you are planning to pair these up please make sure that you have charged up your bluetooth and your cell phone. Follow the instructions that I have put below in related links. If that does not work, if your headset does not charge or flash red/blue when you turn it on you may need to replace your headset

first, hold down the power button on the hedset until the button is not blinking, but is staying on. Then, turn on bluetooth on your iPod, tap "pair" when you see the headset, and enter 0000 as the pin
Here are some possible causes for your problem: The headset is not turned on, or the headset is not connected to a mobile phone (follow the pairing instructions to re-pair headset). Press the call control button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep or see the indicator light glow blue to turn headset on. Your headset may be out of range. Move the headset closer to the phone or Bluetooth device. Your headset battery is drained. Charge your battery using the AC power adapter supplied. The listening volume is too low. Press the volume key up (toward the earloop) to increase the sound heard in the headset.
Not sure about resetting it, but if you need to re-pair it with your phone/computer, the pass key is 1234.
