There are two ways to stop a Pokemon from evolving. The first is to give it an everstone, which prevents you from working everytime the Pokemon is ready to evolve. The second way is to press "B" when the Pokemon is evolving. If you did neither, then your Pokemon is not ready to evolve.
Well when you SEE all 150 Pokemon prof. Oak will give you a deploma then go to cinnibar island and head inside and talk to bill...and be ready for an adventure!! Then when you own all 150 Pokemon you can get the mystic ticket! (which you can only get in an event) this allows you to get ho-oh and lugia! yipee
You Go To My PokeMon And When He Ready 2 Evolve You Csan Evolve Him Have A Good Day :)
My favorite trick when I was young. You need two compatible Pokemon games. Two game boys, game boy colors, or game boy advance (Sp), and a connection cable. Connect the two game boys with both games ready. On your dummy game, (well call it silver version), make sure you have a random Pokemon with a master ball in his hands, make him hold it. Then in your Crystal version, have a cheap easy caught Pokemon Start a trade between the two versions with the dummy Pokemon on your crystal, and a Pokemon with the master ball on the silver version. When you trade it'll start to save. Turn off both systems when it hits the words "Saving do not turn off the". When it hits the, it'll do a half save where you traded but it didn't take it from the other version. So now you have a duplicate, repeat until desired master balls, up to 99.
You cant
In Pokemon Sapphire, Steven is the Champion. If you want to find him, beat the Elite Four. In the next room he'll be waiting ready to battle you.

There is a labaratory in Cinnibar island. Go in and there should be three rooms one will have a scientist guy that says he can bring your fossil back to life give it to him and leave the building. Go back in as soon as you like and he will have the Pokemon ready in your case it will be an omanyte a sturdy rock/water Pokemon.
if you have given the ruby and the sapphire to celio, then it should be able to do so.but if still does not happen then trade your Pokemon to ruby/sapphire and then transfer to fire red
After completing Story Mode in Coliseum, head back to Phenac City. Go to the previously unaccessible basement area, and from there, be sure to have a GC-GBA cable and your GBA game ready. Follow the on-screen directions, and make sure the Pokemon you want to trade are ready as well...
you see him in the cave of origin but he blast of and dissapeares the first time come bak after the Pokemon league and hell be ready to fight
Climb the Sky Pillar which is directly right of Pacific log City. In Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. Climb all the way to the top. Then get ready for a level 70 Rayquaza.
Get the Blue Orb from the old couple on Mt. Pyre, and go to Sootopolis City. Skip past the dialogue, and you'll be allowed into the Cave of Origin. The cave is easy to get through. Save just before you get to the final room. When you're ready, walk up and face Kyogre. The Blue Orb will activate, awaking it immediately.
we can but we won't be around when it's ready!
