If your wearing it with full Dharok then 900's, depending on your Hitpoints of course.
However on its own it would not hit very high and is recommended to use another weapon of choice unless you are not using it with full Dharok.

Does dharoks degrade?
Yes it does degrade over time due to constant usage, you can repair it at a POH with a repair stand for a lot cheaper than Bobs repair shop in Lumby.

Its not really a charge its more like the damage of the equipment. Dharoks 100 is pretty much perfect. Lower the # is the more damaged it is, but it still works the same until 0 when its broken and cannot be used. Don't be downhearted though you can go to bobs axe shop in Lumbridge and get it repaired for a small fee. This goes for all barrows armour. Just use your axe or armour on bob and he will ask you to confirm the price. Enjoy
