Yes it does degrade over time due to constant usage, you can repair it at a POH with a repair stand for a lot cheaper than Bobs repair shop in Lumby.

i dont play anymore but i do know how it works you have to have low hitpoints the lower it is the higher you hits. so say you have the new hp and your at like 10 hp you hit really high. good luck :D

Can you get a dharok's greataxe recharged in RuneScape?
Its not really a charge its more like the damage of the equipment. Dharoks 100 is pretty much perfect. Lower the # is the more damaged it is, but it still works the same until 0 when its broken and cannot be used. Don't be downhearted though you can go to bobs axe shop in Lumbridge and get it repaired for a small fee. This goes for all barrows armour. Just use your axe or armour on bob and he will ask you to confirm the price. Enjoy
